By using TurboNotes AI, you agree to these terms for the current beta/MVP service.
Lawful use and recording consent
You may submit only content you have the right to record, upload, and process. Recording laws differ by location and may require every participant's consent. You are responsible for giving notices and obtaining permission.
The service
TurboNotes AI can record or import media and generate transcripts, summaries, decisions, action items, and chat answers. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or attributed to the wrong speaker. Review important output before relying on or sharing it, especially for legal, medical, financial, employment, or safety decisions.
MVP access and payments
No subscription purchase, free trial enrollment, or payment processing is active in this MVP. Paywall actions do not create a paid plan or make a charge. Separate purchase terms will be presented before real billing is introduced.
Your content
You keep your rights in submitted content. You grant the service the limited permission needed to store, transmit, process, and return that content to operate the requested features. Please avoid uploading secrets or sensitive data that is not necessary for your meeting notes.
Prohibited activity
- Illegal surveillance, infringement, harassment, fraud, malware, or attempts to harm another person.
- Trying to bypass limits, access another device's records, probe private infrastructure, or disrupt the service.
- Using the service or its output in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
Availability, suspension, and deletion
The beta may change, fail, or be withdrawn, and processing times are not guaranteed. We may restrict abusive or unsafe traffic. You can delete meetings and current-device data in the app; keep your own copy of anything you need.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without a guarantee that output is accurate or that data will never be lost. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the MVP.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to privacy@diffusion.site.
